Portland City Council Climate Justice Candidate Scorecard 2026

Download the 2026 Scorecard

350PDX’s Climate Justice Scorecard provides Portland voters with information about how District 3 and 4 City Councilors voted in 2025–2026 on policies related to our goals in the 2024 Climate Justice Platform. The scores do not represent endorsements for candidates. Instead, they inform voters about incumbent candidates’ climate priorities based on their voting records.

The scores were derived from councilor votes on ten resolutions and ordinances, seven FY2026–27 city budget amendments, and four FY2025–26 city budget amendments that were relevant to 350PDX’s 2024 Climate Justice Platform. Committee votes (when applicable) were included for those serving on relevant committees. The scores were calculated by dividing the number of votes that align with the 2024 Climate Justice Platform by the total number of votes a councilor participated in.

Note: these scores reflect votes through August 31, 2026; if additional relevant votes occur before the election, they will be updated below. Download a PDF
