Join for the fifth in a series of Community Forums designed to inform the people about Zenith Energy’s ongoing expansion of their Portland tar sands oil facility.

This forum will focus on impacts to Vancouver, WA. Speakers will discuss how this facility’s operations can harm people, urban wildlife, city, rivers, region, and climate.
