The third training in their Spring Activist Training Series, Navigating Burnout & Building Collective Resilience, will be Wednesday, April 19th 6-7:30pm PT. You can sign up here to attend.
Without tools & resources to help us navigate the inevitable burnout & exhaustion of fighting for a better world, it can be hard to stay engaged and continue the work in the face of the escalating climate & ecological crises, authoritarian state repression, and slow progress on all the threats facing our communities & world.
To help sustain ourselves in the struggle over the long term, activists can tend to our physical and emotional wellbeing as well as create/participate in systems and practices that nourish our communities. This workshop will share some tools for that tending, from herbs and emotional practices to building networks of mutual support, and invite you to share what has worked to sustain you in the movement.
