2-3pm: Volunteer Orientation
3-6pm: General Meeting & Ice Cream Social
5-6pm: Activist Art!
We’ll have an ice cream social, create activist art and signs together, get updates from our neighborhood and campaign teams, and talk about how you can get involved!
AND – Leela Grace will be there, singing, leading and teaching us songs of resistance! Leela is a nationally-known singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, percussive dancer, and teacher of music and dance originally from Missouri. We’re so excited she’s able to join us! Leela just opened her own space for classes and performance at 5410 NE 42nd Ave: The Rose City Folk School – check her out!

**Please let us know if you need childcare by Friday, May 25th. Childcare will be provided if requested. The last hour and a half will be spent creating art and will be kid-friendly!
