Join 350PDX on February 13th from 6-8 pm at a Shade Equity Social to celebrate Portland’s urban forests and share updates & ideas about how to grow a more climate resilient and equitable urban forest.
Meet and mingle with tree, ecology and climate people from across our city, enjoy food & music, and make valentines for your favorite trees! Learn about local and state proposals to support shade equity and green infrastructure. Short presentations from Portland Fruit Tree Project, Trees for Life Oregon, East Portland Resilience Coalition, Friends of Trees, and 350PDX. Commissioner Dan Ryan will also be speaking at this event.
Food & drinks provided. The event is family-friendly, including a staffed space for kids. Please register for the event.
