Poisoned People, Poisoned Planet: A Virtual Conversation on Imperialism, Policing, and the Environmental Impacts of Chemical Warfare

From Portland to Palestine, Standing Rock to the US/Mexico border, police and corporations use chemical warfare to exert power over people and the environment. Chemical weapons cause irrevocable harm, damaging human health and decimating ecosystems near and far. Join us in collaboration with Sunrise PDX for an online conversation moderated by Alissa Azar and panelists Dr. Juniper L. Simonis, Cozcacuauhtli Itzpapaloatl (Tracy Molina), and Ramzy Farouki as we explore the intersection of chemical warfare, global imperialism, and environmental collapse.
