350PDX volunteers invite you to join a nature-based mindfulness journey on Wednesday 10/2, 6-7:30pm at Tryon Creek State Park. We will be slowing down and connecting with our senses, becoming more aware of ourselves as full participants through embodied participation to honor our interconnectedness with the more than human world.
Nature-based mindfulness can help us shift into new ways of being aware that tend to the web of life, help us unravel and move past patterns of oppression and creates space for envisioning and practicing new ways of relating that are compatible with the safety and well-being of future generations and the entire biosphere.
The walking pace will be slow and intentional with opportunities to share observations and reflections along the way. We hope you will join us! We will meet in front of the Nature Center at Tryon Creek State Park, 11321 SW Terwilliger Blvd.
