This win puts us on the final leg of stopping North America’s largest coal terminal.
It is the sixth of six coal terminals proposed in Oregon and Washington that YOU have helped to stop.
Despite the permit denial, Millennium continues to pursue a shoreline use permit. So we will keep fighting until Millennium packs up their bags and leaves.
