Healthy Homes Bill (HB 2842) Hearing

Health starts at home! People living in energy inefficient homes experience sick days and hospital visits caused by mold, cold weather, and an inability to take refuge from wildfire smoke and bad outdoor air quality. 

 

Right now, the State of Oregon lacks a program to support critical home improvements for low-income families. That’s why we’re supporting the Healthy Homes Bill (HB 2842) which would create a Healthy Homes program to invest in life changing home upgrades in low-income households.
