Divest Oregon Coalition members are once again rallying together to make their voices heard about the Oregon investment portfolio! The theme this month is:
“We Don’t Want Our Retirement $$ to Destroy This Special Place”
All are welcome! Meet at Mt. Tabor Park at 9:30am on Dec 8 – gather at the gate located on SE Salmon Street just past SE Taylor Court. Exact location can be found here
Our first location will be in a clearing in the trees just a very short distance from where we will park. After taking photos there, we will head up the road to the base of reservoir 5 (if the weather is good). It is a short, but steep walk to the second location. The upper location has an iconic view of the city!
We will have about 20 signs and a big banner available, but we could use some signs that are specific to this action.
