All candidates running to replace the congressional seat currently held by Rep. Earl Blumenauer have been invited to participate in a candidate forum held by 350PDX, the Portland Harbor Community Coalition, Unite Oregon, the University of Portland (UP), and co-sponsored by many other organizations. The purpose of this forum is to allow community members to civically engage with candidates, with questions centered on the many environmental and climate justice issues facing populations in District 3.
