The 350PDX City-County Watchdog Team is a new team whose goal is to explore and ensure the efficacy, accountability and equity of our local climate policies including the Climate Action Plan, 100% Renewable Energy Resolution, and other related policies such as the Fossil Fuel Zoning Amendments.
