We will provide training in the morning where you’ll hear from policy experts, learn about our priority bills, and get tips and tricks for meeting with lawmakers. Then in the afternoon you, and other community members from your area, will meet with lawmakers to tell them your story and show them why funding climate resilience programs and natural resources agencies is essential for healthy, safe, affordable, and resilient communities. You’ll be guided by an experienced lobby lead throughout the day, so no matter what your experience level is your presence at Lobby Day is welcome and important!
