We recognize that in the past and continuing into the present that marginalized communities, especially black and brown volunteers, staff, and partner organizations have been harmed in our perpetuation of white supremacy cultural norms, and for that we sincerely apologize.

In 2019-20 the 350PDX JEDI Committee – made up of staff, board and volunteers – along with an external consultant developed our JEDI plan for the next three years, as our plan to root out white supremacy and create a welcoming, accessible organization for all. View the plan here.
