It’s April (already!?) which means it’s Earth Month! April is always a busy time for the climate movement, as Earth Month offers an opportunity to bring huge numbers of people together to take action and get decision-makers’ attention.
So this month, we’re ramping up many of our campaigns — including the campaigns to Stop Zenith Energy, win a path to 100% clean energy in new homes and buildings, establish equitable access to shade trees here in Portland, and more.
This year, Earth Month also falls in the middle of an important Spring Oregon Legislative Session, where we have the chance to make huge strides in passing climate justice bills. We’ve been fighting hard to get these bills over the finish line, and will be engaging hundreds more in the fight by hosting actions and lobby days throughout the month.
All this means that we are hard at work, and we need your help. This April, we’re asking for 100 people to become monthly donors to fuel our work now, and into the future.

We’re still putting the finishing touches on this new and improved kit, but it will include some zines, postcards, buttons, and other cool stuff.
