Candidate statement:
Most of my solutions are at the state level, 100% renewable energy. I plan on cutting pdx clean air fund as it uses a bad type of tax and the money isn’t used efficiently. I am open to Keith’s idea at the local level to reduce black carbon, specifically looking at renewable diesel production facilities.
Will you ensure the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) remains climate-focused in line with what voters intended?
