350PDX Weekly Update – Busy day in City Hall tomorrow – Dec 11 2019
Hi everyone,
Thanks for everyone who joined for our end of year party last week. Getting together with volunteers, board members and staff and spending an evening away from the climate crisis is always revitalizing.
Website issues: As some of you have noticed, over the last week we’ve been having some website problems. We were getting a big increase in spam traffic which was crashing the server. We isolated the problem to our calendar, so now the website is working, but the calendar is still down. Sorry for the inconvenience, we’re working on it! Fingers crossed, it may even be fixed by the time you open this email.
Here’s your 350PDX weekly update!
Updates

New Matching Donation!
Patagonia is matching donations up to $10 million to selected non-profits, including us! This money will likely run out in the next week so get your donations in quick. $10 becomes $20, $10,000 becomes $20,000, and everything in between! Our annual appeal is going reasonably well, but some doubled donations would help supercharge it. Thank you! — Donate here.

Lost and found – any of this yours?
Over the last year a mass of water bottles, scarves, hats and raincoats have built up in our office, leftover from meetings and trainings. Is any of this yours? In a few weeks we’ll be donating it so please do come in and have a look if you think you lost something! Text Chris at 971-712-4152 if there’s a specific item you’re looking for, or if you want to check there is someone present in the office.
